ATP not being scored by Secure Score

I've been using secure score for the last few months and it worked great until about a week or so ago. It seems that secure score is not scoring our ATP policies anymore. We have safe links and safe attachment policies enabled, but it's not getting scored. Is there a reason for this or is there a bug that needs to be fixed?

This is referring to WD ATP, not Azure ATP.  Here is the right location for this:

On Azure ATP side, we are looking into doing a Secure Score-like capability, but its too early now to share details on what that looks like and what that would entail.  We are also working with the AAD team to help integrate into an all-up Identity secure-score as well.
