ATP installation on windows 2016 core taking longer time then usual

Copper Contributor

Hello,

Currently from past few months we have installed ATP on 60+ windows core DC's in the environment.
However, unable to install ATP on couple of servers . When we execute the command to install it takes longer time then usual. Waited for around an hour to check if installation gets completed however no luck.
Tried rebooting , once the server was up tried running uninstall command , deleted registry entries if any and tried running the command again but process gets stuck at "microsoft.tri.sensor.deployment.deployer"

there are no sensor logs generated to check further, Attached MSIpackage.log. Can you please check why the process is taken so long. Can you please help to get this fixed.
Also executed "sc.exe qc aatpsensorupdater" to check if service is hidden installed to delete it but service was not present.

I don't see any attachments here. it's not a good idea to share those logs publicly, I suggest to open a support case, where you can upload the files in a secure and private way for review.
Notice the log location, try to get as much as you can for previous attempts as well:
