Windows 10 devices take longer to log in after onboarding

Copper Contributor

I've recently onboarded a number of Windows 10 laptops/PC, after purchasing the E5/F5 licenses. Since then, I've noticed that the devices appear to take longer, roughly 15 seconds longer, to sign in. It appears that the devices are taking longer to connect to the internet and I was wondering if this is Defender for Endpoint running some kind of security at log in?

Assuming you have the devices on MEM portal, you could check the startup performance using the endpoint analytics and see what's happening. Startup performance in Endpoint Analytics - Microsoft Endpoint Manager | Microsoft Docs

@Ambarish RH Also; I enable Verbose Startup via GPO... it gives insights at the terminal as to what step in the login process is consuming the most amount of time...
