Web filtering reports in ATP showing no data

Hi I recently set up MDATP and signed up to the web filtering element of it with Cyren. If I go to Reports?Web Filtering the dashboard says no data.

 

I set this up and it was working for two weeks, i cam back over the weekend and nothing populates.

 

Two of my colleagues can access with their accounts. I have tried with another admin account and no data. I have given the Security Administrator role to my non GA account and still see no data. I have tried on 3 devices: 2 corporate and 1 personal. All showing no data.

 

Has anyone any ideas?

Update: My colleagues logged in as me on their device and can see data. So this must be a network issue surely? I have tried tethering but still no data, however my broadband and mobile are through the same provider.
