software inventory and other info empty

I have device onboarded in MDE long back using Intune config profile. We can see device is onboarded and test script which comes in onboarding screen also brought alert in Console.

However, Risk level is Informational,

Exposure level no data available

Software inventory empty

Any suggestion?

risk level is based on associated alerts/incidents.
where exposure level is based on TVM data which will get uploaded and updated and will take "a while" - can be few hours
