Quarantine Data Failed to Load

I've had this issue open with Microsoft Support for more than two weeks and they have still not resolved. Two weeks ago, without reason, I was suddenly unable to see data in quarantine. https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine

Emails do not load. 

I am the admin and our licenses are Microsoft Business Premium. 

I use Chrome on a Mac - but I have tried other browsers and devices and other networks: No change. 

Again - this problem popped up out of the blue.
