Onboarding 2012R2 Windows Server on MDATP

Hi,

I tried installing MMA agent on my 2012R2 windows server, however since the server already had scom agent running on it, it asked me to upgrade.

I followed the steps as given in the article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/services-hub/health/mma-setup#microsoft-monitoring-agent-upgrade

1. Run Setup to install the agent
2. On the Welcome page, click Next
3. On the License Terms page, read the license and then click I Agree
4. On the begin Upgrade page, click Upgrade
5. On the Completion page, click Finish
6. Once the agent installation completed, go to the Control Panel and open MMA
7. Copy and paste the Workspace ID and Workspace Key (Primary Key) in OMS tab

However the server still doesn't appear in the Device Inventory on MDATP Security Center console.

Please let me know if I have missed any steps or there are any additional configuration need to be done on scom console.

Would really appreciate any support here.

You need to add the keys to the log analytics/Azure tab, not OMS

@Thijs Lecomte  Thanks, actually it was the network issue which now got fixed and the machine is visible in the portal.
