Onboard devices to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Email Notification

I am looking to automate Email notification when under TVM Recommendation section, devices are exposed which are not onboarded to MDE, how can I see Recommendation on Log Analytic or Advanced hunting to automate an Email Notification?
