notification when the machine is released from isolation

Hi all,

Is there a way to notify the end user when the machine is released from isolation? something similar to the notification the user gets when the admin initiates a machine isolation from WD ATP Portal

It talks about using MS Flow to alert, same can be set to users as well I believe.
