Microsoft Defender Vulnerability management authenticated scan (Faild to connect)

Good day everyone


So for the past week i have been trying to setup the device discovery Authenticated scanner with no luck I have been running into the same error over and over again tried many different solutions to the issue with no luck at all so I have created a Gmsa account assigned it to the required groups I ended up switching firewall completely

Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
