Issue with MS365 Defender

I'm experiencing an issue with MS365 Defender. When I use 'Report Phishing' > 'Block sender domain or sender,' it's not working as expected. The blocked entities aren't appearing in our Tenant/Allow/Block list. However, when I click 'Report Clean' and enable 'allow emails with similar attributes,' it works perfectly.

I don't think you will find these exclusions in the Tenant Allow/Block list but in the Anti-Spam inbound policy
