IOA Management in MDE

Hi Team, We looking for migrating from CrowdStrike to MDE. While validating the options in MDE, i dont see any option for adding IOA (indication of Attack). Does anyone have some insights on how to do this in MDE ?

I am not familiar with Crowdstrike, but what will IOA include?
