In our environment, DisableAntispware DWORD "1" and Turn off Windows Defender "Enabled" pushed through a GPO policy on all workstations which includes Windows 7, 8.1, 10 (Starting from build 1607 to 20H2) . I need to know as per below article Is there any difference based on Operating System the value of DisableAntispware will be ignored.

Any recommendation how to proceed further because we have another Antivirus running in the environment and we are about to start process to migrate to defender AV on approx. 50000 workstations.
