Defender for Business servers Public Preview?

I was browsing through catalog and stumbled upon this:

It clearly says public preview - did I miss an announcement of such big news? :) 
I'm eager to read more, anyone has more details on it?

Server support is coming soon. This new server offering will have a licensing prerequisite of Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Microsoft Defender for Business (standalone).
