Defender ATP vs. Intune - Patching Applications like Adobe - which one is right?

Looking at one Customer and as far as Intune is concerned they are bang up to date, no problems, and yet when they look at the Defender ATP Console they can see that it's calling out missing patches/vulnerabilities?

Which one is right - and why the delta? Is this going to get fixed at some stage?

Working with Intune, I would say that this is the one that is most correct.
