Defender Antivirus - how to solve these errors?

Hello community,

The message „service not running“ and „signature updates out of date“ - can anyone explain this to me and how we can solve this?

We force signature updates within the policy so I am not sure why this is happening.

If Microsoft Defender Antivirus did not download protection updates for a specified period, you can set it up to automatically check and download the latest update at the next log on.
