Allow Defender Definition update but restrict other Windows Update

Hi All,

Is that possible to allow only defender security intelligence update and restrict other windows update through GPO without compromising the setting "Turn off access to all Windows Update features - Enabled" ?

Planning one of these options (Internal Update Server or Network file share) if above option is not possible.
