Working with Azure Policy exemption structure-Require expiration

is it possible to create a policy that requires the use of the Expiration Date when implementing an exemption to a resource?

I.E.:

During our Regulatory Compliance checks, we notice a resource that should not be counted against a control and begin the process of exempting the resource.  However, we have many exemptions thtat do not have an expiration date set.  We need to make sure that an expiration date is set and if possible have it default to a specific date.

Need to make sure the "Set an expiration date" is always selected and prevent the creation of this type of exemption when not selected.

Thank you,
