Unsanctioning apps impact in Teams

Does unsanctioning/blocking an app in MCAS have any impact on apps in Teams?

My experience.... sort-of. If the Teams app is utilizing AAD for auth then yes. However, there are a lot of apps in Teams that do not rely on AAD. It would be best to manage the policies separate and create an app policy for Teams and MCAS.
Thanks, that was what I expected. there is an announcement in the message center about some upcoming changes to the Teams app management experience that looks like it may be addressing some of the differences between these services.
