Trouble connecting Workday HCM

We've been trying for six months to get Workday connected to Defender for Cloud without success.  The last couple steps where Workday is suppose to pop up a message asking to allow Defender app never happens.  The connector on the defender side disappears and thus there is no option to "test" the connection.  We've tried multiple browsers, computers, incognito mode, different administrators.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I have seen issues in the past where certain parts of the UI might not open which are being blocked by a proxy or firewall. As first step I would recommend making sure that all the network requirements have been met.

If that doesn't correct the issue, I would recommend opening up a support ticket and someone can help review a HAR capture to see if there is a specific failure happening.
