Sharepoint Files/Folders not showing up in MCAS

I've already connected MCAS to Office 365. All of my Onedrive for Business sites are showing up but only one Sharepoint site is showing up in Files list. I want to create a policy to apply a sensitivity label to a specific folder but I cannot do that because the parent folder isn't showing up in the Files list. 

 

 

Please let me know if I'm missing a step. Do I need to change a setting in Sharepoint Admin center?

@Max8512 we will crawl all the sites to start with. I would recommend trying to upload a few files in the folder your wanting to apply the labels in to see if it will trigger folder discovery.
