When we click Productivity App Discovery, can not see automatically Dashboard populating, we do have license.
Also "IP addresses" and "Users" Tab are not appearing, do we need to do some config for them to appear
And under Connected Apps shows only O365, Sharepoint and One drive but does not show others e.g. Skype for Business, Teams which are selected as well

In order to assist you it would be useful to have some additional details about your Discovery deployment. Do you run log collector? WD-ATP Cloud Discovery integration? In case you're using log collector, what data source do you use?
If possible, please PM me with your tenant details, so I can also explore any relevant telemetry.
