No logs seen after upgrade to checkpoint 80.20

Hi ALL

 

The network team upgraded the firewall to checkpoint r80.20 and now we cannot see any logs from them do you know why this might be ?

Hi Steve,

 

Please contact support team to help you troubleshoot this. This can be done directly from CAS portal, top right corner '?' > Support.

It would be helpful to get more info on whether traffic comes in and fails to be processed or whether data is not being sent at all from log collector to MCAS.
