Microsoft Cloud App Security - Location of this CASB

Dear all,

I was wondering where the Microsoft Coud App Security CASB is located specifically. I assume that when you have a O365 tenant in West Europe you automatically have a CASB located in West Europe, but is this correct?

MCAS currently has 2 commercial datacenters, in Europe and US.

In addition there is a gov cloud datacenter in the  US.
