Microsft Defender for Cloud Apps unable to obtain IP of mobile device

I would like to examine the activity logs, but the IP is "N/A" for the logs of Teams operations from mobile devices.Are there any conditions of operation under which the IP can be obtained?

It can sometimes depend on what is provided by the service (Office audit logs for Teams).

 

We will enrich the data based on what we get when we ingest from an API. I would recommend checking the unified audit logs to see if the IP was provided here as first step.
