MCAS support for Exchange online DLP

(didn't find info if this was already answered before; please redirect me if so)

currently, customers that want to enforce DLP for Exchange Online, still need to rely on O365 DLP functionality (which is ... limited).

Are there any plans to incorporate EXO in MCAS? If so, would that cover also DLP-detection-rules on mails already stored in a mailbox as well as mails that are being sent/received? Any timing for this functionality?

Hi Raf,

Currently there are no plans for MCAS to support Exchange online.

You should use the existing capabilities of Office DLP and EXO Transport security.
