Hi Team,
As per the below article, I am able to connect the BOX and it is started the scanning for all my BOX accounts in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.

I don't want to scan for all my BOX accounts, and I want only specific user accounts need to scan. Please let me know is there any option is available for this.

No, there is no option to scan specific BOX accounts from Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps without using the Migration Manager or API.
