Difference between Microsoft Cloud Application Security and Office 365 Cloud application security

I've two tenants one for MCAS and another one for Office 365 cloud application security. I've read this document which states the functional difference between both the products: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/cloud-app-security/editions-cloud-app-security-o365

My question is whether we can upload the traffic logs to Office 365 CAS via log collector agent and REST APIs as we can do in MACS or not. I have this question because there is no option for creating a data source or setting up the log collector agent in Office 365 CAS. I've attached the screenshots of menu of both the platform.

And I think the REST APIs are same for both the platforms. Correct me If I'm wrong.

No you can only do it manually in OCAS as the article explains;

@PeterRising Oh yes! I missed that part. Now it makes complete sense why there are no options for log collectors and data sources.
