Defender for Cloud Apps and Universal / Distribution group membership

We can see who add/remove user to group when this group is Universal / Distribution.
When it's security group we see account who add user to this group.

Can you also provide the screen shot to compare? Also, what are you trying to achieve? Perhaps there is another way.

This is normal security group, you see user who add other user to this group.

When this group is Universal or distribution there is no info about user who add some one to this group.
