Cloud App security user groups import not working as expected

Hi ,

when i try to import users group from  Office 365 , after sometime I can see the group imported and its showing the number of members but when click on the group I am not able to see any member.

Do you have apps connected with App Connectors? You can check at the following URL in your portal.
https://portal.cloudappsecurity.com/#/connected-apps

If you do, then they should show up (mine do). I suggest clearing your browser cache and trying again or giving it a bit more time.

If the problem persists, you may want to contact support.
