I am trying to detect Sensitive Information Types - SSN - shared in Box.
If the SSN is shared in a file, MCAS DLP matches it. Great.
If the SSN is shared in a chat in BOX, MCAS DLP doesn't match it.
How can I prevent sharing of SSN in BOX chat?
