Azure AD Conditional Access support for blocking legacy auth is in Public Preview!

I have tried configuring a Conditional Access Policy to use CAS to block access to PowerBI by using Client Certificates. I have uploaded an intermedidate Certificate but the login process does not seem to checking the client certificate.

The Cert is deployed from an on-premise internal CA and the device is running Windows 7, any suggestions on whether this is actually possible and how to troubleshoot.
