@DPSmith Today, the MCAS commercial service is available to GCC customers only as an optional add-on to EMS GCC E5. We are planning for a fully GCC-compliant offering of MCAS for GCC customers, but do not yet have a roadmap date to communicate at this time.

Hello, we are still working on the GCC offering of Microsoft Cloud App Security, but do not have an updated roadmap date to share today.  As Rue mentioned, the MCAS commercial service is available to GCC customers as an optional add-on to EMS GCC E5 (and is certified at the FedRAMP High level).  We also released MCAS for GCC High in Q4 CY2019.  We can alert this thread once a roadmap date for GCC has been announced.  Thank you.
