At the moment it's not possible to allocate or show progress on alerts within MCAS, as we don't have any integration with our service desk solution - SupportWorks, and don't use ServiceNow we are having to manage the alerts individually within each solution / web portal.
Could Microsoft consider using the alert management seen in Microsoft Defender ATP portal to manage the alerts in a similar way?
Is this being considered, is this the correct forum to make feature requests?
We are looking at providing this though the MTP/security portal. While we are building this, you could use our API to get and close alerts in your system. The API documentation is available in the MCAS portal: portal.cloudappsecurity.com/api-docs/#list-alerts
