Change MCAS to utilise a similar alert ticket management process as WDATP.

At the moment it's not possible to allocate or show progress on alerts within MCAS, as we don't have any integration with our service desk solution - SupportWorks, and don't use ServiceNow we are having to manage the alerts individually within each solution / web portal.

 

Could Microsoft consider using the alert management seen in Microsoft Defender ATP portal to manage the alerts in a similar way?

 

Is this being considered, is this the correct forum to make feature requests?

Hi Peter,

We are looking at providing this though the MTP/security portal.
While we are building this, you could use our API to get and close alerts in your system.
The API documentation is available in the MCAS portal: portal.cloudappsecurity.com/api-docs/#list-alerts
