We are currently using the Office 365 A1. I'm interested in implementing Bookings for students to schedule appointments with faculty members, where all staff can view each other's appointments on a centralized system calendar.
Regarding the A3 license upgrade for Bookings:
1. I'm uncertain if only one A3 license is needed for the faculty member setting up Bookings, or if we also need to upgrade licenses for faculty members who will use it, or if upgrading to A3 for all faculty and students is required, which could be costly. Can a single staff member subscribe to Microsoft 365 A3, while others continue using Office 365 A1 and still access Microsoft Bookings?
Regarding data privacy:
2. Can other staff members see the names of those who booked them? Is there an option to hide client information in the calendar view so that staff can only see when they are booked without revealing client details?
Regarding student access:
3. Is it possible for students who are not subscribed to Microsoft 365 A3 to book appointments using Microsoft Bookings?
Regarding trials:
4. Is there a free trial version available for Microsoft Bookings that we could test before committing to a subscription?
Hoping for your immediate response. Thank you for your assistance.
