We could not fulfil your request

Hi, my company would like to use Bookings so that our clients can book a meeting with us through Bookings without backwarding and forwarding email. However, it shows "We could not fulfil your request" in some situation when someone book via Bookings. We do not want our client to face this situation, and we would like to ask how can we prevent it from happening?Screenshot 2024-05-08 at 13.16.53.png

I have had people tell me they get this error and another while trying to use the booking - this error was on a Public booking, the other was on a Private booking. I was able to complete the booking that this person received an error on by conning as "Guest" and filling out the form, so I don't know what failed for them.
I am also having this issue.
