Viewing all plannned sessions on Bookings reservation calendar

Hello !

 

We have services sessions already planned with possibility for our colleagues to subcribe directly on the reservation calendar. The problem is that sometimes, the planned sessions do not appear on the reservation calendar but we do not undesrtand why : => Publish option is activated for the service.

The first thing that comes to mind is a conflict with the calendar of the person who is assigned to the service. In the collaborator section, you could select the specific collaborator and deselect the option that events in the Office calender influences availability.
It's worth the try at least. When I encounter issues like that, most of the time it's a scheduling conflict with the person who is assigned to the service... (because at a certain time slot, the person already has an appointment which makes Bookings block the possibility to book another service for that specific user on that specific time).

Thanks for your reply. We deselected the option that events in the Office calender influences availability and now have to check if it solves the problem.
