Viewer role clarification in Bookings

The description of the Viewer role says that that they have read-only access to settings. To me, this implies that they can open the calendar on the Bookings website. However, this isn't the case. Are they supposed to view these settings elsewhere, or is it a glitch that they are unable to open the calendar on the Bookings website?

Only the admin can open the settings.
An admin has full access permissions over the bookings mailbox, while a viewer get's reviewer permission over the booking calendar.
