bit of weird one, but i've created a booking site with services that does work, but for some reason when a session is completed, the teams placeholder arrives in the staff members inbox but not the customers. when i look at the placeholder the customer is not an attendee of the placeholder (hence why the customer isn't recieving it.
what i can't fathom is how Bookings would not invite the customer to the placeholder? I've made sure on the service that the max attendees is set to greater than one, so I know its not that. maybe this is a bug?
