User defined fields in Services can not be changed?

I can not change the values of user defined fields in any of my (just two) services. Please see this video.

I have also run into this issue.

What I ended up just doing was deleting the old custom field and making a new one. Microsoft, please fix!

yes same issue being experienced for over a month now, still waiting for Microsoft to resolve
