We've been integrating the Microsoft Bookings platform into some of our processes however we've run into a few issues along the way that seem to be simple features for a booking platform that should already be implemented.
We can't edit any appointments, either customer names or details. The entire appointment needs to be cancelled and rebooked. Is this a functionality that is not present in the platform?

@oliver_sousa I had this problem when I first started usuing the system. The thing is you have to go to booking calendar and change it from the booking there. Click on the booking the original book edit, change date and time and even staff memeber then save changes and it will update your client with an email. Hope that helps :)
