In Bookings there is an option to add an hourly rate for a session - which is great. How are we expected to keep track of what bookings have been paid for? Also, in the Customer profile there is an option for Company Name but you cannot enter that as an option on the form someone fills out to book. In many cases we need this information so we can bill properly.
I've played around with not adding a business location to our paid training bookings and then our finance team can update the location to things like Invoice Pending and Paid but I'm not sure that will give the desired effect. The TSV file does export the Location but without the associated company name billing will be difficult. Has anyone else found a way around this?
