Times available are strange

I just tried to set up my first calendar: 

But I noticed that most of the available times are from midnight until early in the AM or very late in the evening, even though I set the company hours to be our normal 8-5 business hours.

What am I doing wrong?

For each Staff member have you selected 'Use Business Hours' under Edit Staff?

I did, and I figured out what the issue was. You have to set the time zone in two places. For me it was wrong in outlook: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/set-language-time-zones?view=o365-worldwide
