The client does not receive the invitation.

Hello, I have set up a one-on-one meeting type where the client can schedule the meeting without any issues, and it gets added to the salesperson's calendar, but the invitation does not reach the client. How could I solve this? Thank you.

Hi,
Is this for a face to face meeting or a Teams meeting?
It's for team meetings.
It could be the user settings from which the booking page was created?
It should send through an invitation.
There is an option within the service to do this.
Can you check the settings, as there is one within there that says 'send invitation to customer'.

Thank you very much but this was the configuration we had.
We've changed the user has created the booking page and now the clients receive the notifications correctly.
Thank you very much

@fjgutierrez

Please explain what you mean by changing the user? I have had this issue for a while and not been able to resolve it

we have the same question. the invitations so not reach the client but the internal teammembers of the booking-page receive the initial MSteams appointment.
it also seems, that th configured reminder (24h befor the appointment takes place) is not submitted (to the client nor to the booking-members)
Hi, did this work? Or are you still experiencing these issues?

@Grace6084

No it has not, I am stuck and confused

Does the customer receive the email of confirmation from Bookings, not the calendar invite?
Are they putting in the correct email? Have they checked their JUNK/SPAM folders?
we are also still experiencing this issue<
the client wont revceive the MSteams meeting (only the owner of the booking-appointment receives the msteam-meeting directly in his calendar but also receives a short e-mail notification)
Are they receiving all the other emails regarding the booking?
Has it been added to their calendar?
Have they checked their SPAM/JUNK folder?
Yes I have added the email addresses correctly, even tested in on my own personal email address. Absolutely nothing comes through unfortunately.
I will test this on my side and see if there is anything I can see.
Can you confirm if the following setting is set up: Services > edit > Basic Details and ensure 'Send an anonymous meeting link to customers'. I have tried this and I got the email to join.

@Grace6084

no it has not been added to their calendar.
The additional e-mail reminder
They have checked Spam/Junk

I've created a separate post for my issue including some screenshots:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/ms-booking-does-not-forward-invitation-to-...

I've found the issue:
instead of using the defautl e-mail field we thought we build up our own email-form using a custom-property.
by re-activating the clients-email address the appointments and the msteams link are transmitted as they should
