Status remains "Not Bookable" after repeated attempts

My status remains "Not Bookable (User has denied)" after repeated attempts to change it. I'm the administrator for this group, and have re-sent the welcome email to myself several times. The welcome email does not contain any kind of "Accept" button or link. It only displays a link to the Bookings website. I'm unable to find any way to change my status within the "Edit Staff" menu. I've confirmed that I've set available business hours for myself.

 

Is there another way to change my status without re-sending the welcome email?

@abussman Can you try changing the membership option from the Bookings home page tile and check if that works?
