Staff "Loading...." error when booking reservations of 1 day or longer

Last week my team noticed that our bookings of reservations for 1 day and 3 days were no longer working. When attempting to book this type of reservation we get a message saying "This person isn't available on this date. Please choose another date or person" and next to the staff their availability will say "Loading..." and does not change.

I tried using the work around of changing 1 day reservations from "1 day" to "23 hours and 59 minutes" and that was possible, but the service would span over two days which isn't a workable solution for us. It also looks like there was a change from our single day bookings being listed as "All Day" as recently as 2/22 to "Tue 2/27/2024, 12:00 AM to Wed 2/28/2024, 12:00 AM" on 2/27. Similar to an issue seen here.

 

More confusing, 1 day and 3 day bookings will occasionally work if you pre-select a staff member before choosing a date, but as soon as you change the staff member or the date of the reservation, the "Loading..." error will be active again and staff won't be available any day.

 

Our booking reservations of 4 and 8 hours work fine, and I was able to set a 12 hour reservation from 6 AM - 6 PM (our business hours) to effectively create a single day booking, but not being able to create reservations in increments of days is frustrating.

 

Please let me know if anyone else has experienced similar issues and may have a solution, thanks!

Same issue here and workaround of changing from days to hours on the service and availability works, far from ideal though. Not the first time this has occurred recently, avoiding using day bookings at all now and probably won't revert back.

how di you deal with the likes a a 5 day booking ? , im having same issues as Mathew as need the option for booking for a week if possible ,

I can't see a way around this in Bookings. The issue seems to revolve around having a service with a duration which has days greater than zero.

 

We've seen the below as well, but it's not something I'd put out to users as a suggestion.

Mathew, did you get a work around at all ?
No workaround unfortunately. Single day bookings can be replicated by changing from a day to hours based on the service and availability like NatGriff described, but bookings longer than a day are still not being supported from my experience.
Any ability to keep the ondemand option? We are trying to offer that (same day but we need the ondemand and no matter how I set up the ondemand service the 'ondemand' toggle turns off after it is used 1-3 times.
