Ok so i have 5 staff available to book, i have services set up at 1 hour sessions with a 30 minute buffer after the session. So if a staffs hours are 9-5 it should show available slots as 9:00 10:30 12:00 13:30 and 15:00.... sometimes it does this but sometimes it shows say 2 or 3 of these not all 5 ? sometimes it makes up randoms like 12:30 or 14:30... when they're outlook Calendar is completely free ??
Also some of the staff work different hours so have different slots available.. if you select ANYONE instead of specific staff it doesn't show the times all 5 people have ? just a seemingly random selection ? of their times ?
Is this how reliable it is and i need a new system ? or am i doing something blatantly wrong in how I've set it all up ?
