Service with Email DL as Staff Hiding Appointments on Calendar

My organization uses an email DL as a staff member for a few services through MS Bookings due to a workaround (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/ms-bookings-does-not-respect-maximum-number-o...). We recently discovered that all members of this email DL cannot see any information from the appointments made for these services on their bookings calendars. They can see some information in their personal Outlook calendar, but Bookings calendar only shows as 'Busy'. 

If we navigate to the service's calendar, we can see the bookings appointment information there, but not on the main bookings calendar.

@jvandekamp not sure if I understood the issue correctly. Bookings does not support adding DL as a staff for calculating availability. So you won't see the details of the appointments booked against a DL.

If you are looking for additional info, can you please share more details preferably some screenshots to help me understand the issue better?
