Service is being cancelled when 1 customer cancels their booking.

We have noticed an issue when 1 person has booked onto a bookings service. If that person cancels their booking it will cancel the entire service for that date! We have a work around which is to book 1 person onto each service and ensure they do not cancel. 

This is not a good work-around but it has helped.


Has anyone had this issue and worked out why this is happening?
